Seller and payment handling

Brian Siembor is the legal seller operating Ventuur1. Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record and processes paid orders, billing support and refunds.

Applicable refund terms

Ventuur1 orders follow Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, including applicable cancellation and consumer refund rights. Please review those terms for eligibility, request periods and processing. Nothing in this policy restricts statutory rights.

Request a refund

Visit paddle.net and use your order receipt to request a refund or obtain billing assistance. You can also contact Brian Siembor at smartsystemsvending@gmail.com, Belmont, NH 03220, for help identifying your order. Include the order reference and account email, not card details or passwords.

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals under the applicable Buyer Terms; it is separate from a refund request. Refund decisions and payment return processing are handled by Paddle. Preview test payments do not charge real money.
