Contact the seller for privacy questions or requests. Do not include passwords or sensitive documents in your initial email.
Information handled by the service
Ventuur1 handles account identifiers, email addresses and profile information; project descriptions and saved links; marketing activities; readiness milestones; investor profiles, theses and pipeline notes; introduction requests and messages; founder updates and traction records; and documents, generated logos and saved name ideas you choose to upload or create.
Authentication and service infrastructure may process connection information and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the app. Do not upload personal or confidential information that you lack permission to use.
Purposes and legal bases
Account identifiers, email, profile details, credentials handled by authentication services, and saved workspace content are processed to perform our contract with you: creating your account, authenticating access, saving work and delivering requested features. Prompts and selected project context are processed to deliver AI outputs you request.
Connection data, IP addresses, device information, usage and diagnostic logs are processed for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service, preventing fraud and resolving problems. Support messages are used to respond to you under our contract or legitimate interests. Optional sharing and any optional marketing rely on consent where required; you can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Records required for tax, accounting, disputes or lawful authority requests are processed to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing choices and access
Startup directory visibility is opt-in per project. Investor deck requests and private data-room access require separate founder approval. Shared metrics and founder updates follow data-room permissions. Investor diligence can be shared with accepted investment-team members. Introduction discovery requires opt-in, and introductions require participant consent.
Revoking access stops future authorized access; it cannot retrieve documents or information someone already downloaded or copied. Recipients are responsible for how they use information lawfully received.
AI and service providers
AI requests may send relevant project details, prompts and selected context to Lovable's AI service and its model providers to produce the requested output. Account, storage and application services use Lovable Cloud. Provider processing is also subject to applicable provider terms and privacy practices. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in prompts.
External links to LinkedIn, TED, course providers, registries and funding programs take you to services with their own privacy policies. Connecting a future external data source requires your authorization; a disconnected source does not import data.
Payments and other recipients
Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record for paid orders. We share account and order identifiers and subscription information with Paddle for checkout, subscription management, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, refunds and billing support. Paddle processes payment information under its own Privacy Notice; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
Information may also be shared with hosting, authentication, AI, diagnostic and support providers as needed to deliver the service; professional legal or accounting advisers when necessary; and authorities when legally required. Founder-approved recipients and accepted collaborators receive only information shared through the relevant permissions.
Cookies and browser storage
The app uses authentication-related browser storage and may use session cookies to keep you signed in. Browser storage also remembers your selected project. Third-party sign-in and linked websites may use their own cookies. Clearing local storage may sign you out and reset local preferences.
Retention, security and your choices
Account details and saved work are retained while your account is active and needed to provide the service. When you delete supported items or an identity-verified deletion request is processed, live records are removed unless retention is necessary for a legal obligation, unresolved dispute, fraud prevention or security investigation. Support and diagnostic records are retained only while needed for those purposes. Financial records are kept for the applicable statutory accounting and tax retention period. Backups expire through infrastructure retention cycles and are not used to restore deleted content to ordinary access. Information is deleted or anonymized when its retention purpose ends.
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections and permission-controlled private storage. No service can guarantee absolute security. You can edit information, remove supported items, unlist projects, revoke document permissions and opt out of introduction discovery.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent, and complain to your privacy regulator. Send requests to the contact above; identity verification may be required. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, including one month where GDPR applies.
International processing and policy updates
Infrastructure and model providers may process information outside your country, including the United States. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, processing must use an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about relevant providers and safeguards. We update this notice when practices change and communicate material changes as required by law.
